About
Simply put, we love and serve, because this is how we live the Jesus way. Our emphasis is on welcoming with radical hospitality all who need to find a place to belong and grow in faith, and helping each person find some way to serve others and the world. We trust in God’s guidance as we seek to follow God’s vision. We operate a free clothing center three days a week and provide a free dinner for the community every Thursday at 5 pm.
We are growing a place for the unchurched, the dischurched, and the spiritually curious to explore questions and nudges of faith outside the structure of traditional worship. Through occasional events and multiple service opportunities, we learn together what it means to be people of faith in our world today.
There is no dress code or membership requirement. Offer yourself in worship and prayer, and welcome others as you have been welcomed. As you feel ready or led, you can participate in any event or mission opportunity here, or create one! God calls each of us in good time to live the life God created us to live; the life of faith is a journey we make together.
We offer Christian Education and Faith Formation for all ages on Sunday mornings at Central. Other opportunities are listed in the bulletin and our Welcome Center each Sunday, as well as on Central’s website and social media. Call the office at any time for more information: 607.754.6060.
